Reiki

Reiki can reach anyone anywhere - that includes you! 

Reiki is a specific energy of divine origin. This energy is channeled through an attuned practitioner who can then direct it to another individual for healing, transformation, cleansing, and many other reasons or intentions. 

Usually, this energy is sent via the hands, but can also be sent through the eyes, and even the feet of the practitioner. A practitioner can send Reiki to another person through physical touch, slightly over the body, or from a distance. You will be experiencing the latter, and it is just as powerful and effective as being in the physical presence of a practitioner. 

Notes on the information the practitioner picks up on are provided for clients who book a full session (notes are not provided for other Reiki sessions) so they are aware of what was done during the session including any information received psychically. 

Please allow 48 hours to receive the session notes. 

KnowThyself hosts Free Reiki Friday events every Friday at 8pm EST. Reiki is sent to all who sign up with the intention that the Reiki goes to whatever aspect of your life it will be of most help. This could be a physical condition that requires healing, mental conditions, spiritual issues, and even more external situations such as helping you to manifest your goals, helping relationships, financial assistance - in short, it can go anywhere!

You aren’t required to do a thing. All you have to do is have the desire to receive the Reiki being sent and you are good to go. You can sit down and relax, go to sleep, go shopping, do whatever! There are no restrictions.

  This is just a small way of expressing gratitude by giving back to the public and to promote a more caring and compassionate society of peace and individual, as well as collective, happiness. One night a week, you can join in and link up to a bit of sacred space and positive transformation.
